I received your memorandum in the 18th of july then i immediately went to the shop to checked the equipment that you mentioned.There are 6 lathe machines,70 benchvises and 200 files.I found out that one of the lathe machines needs a lubrication but the rest are all in good condition.As i have observed theres no need for upgrades.
